Growing up, she was magical, a superhero of a mom, and I want the world to experience how special she was."

Co-author Michelle, herself a published children's book author,  says she was truly inspired by the story behind the story and wanted to be part of fulfilling on a dream. " When we lose someone so near and dear to our hearts,  most of the tears we shed mourn the memories that will never be made,  The "Rowan Goes..." stories honor and celebrate the memory of an incredible woman, and dare to fulfill on creating thoughtful memories of the life she dreamt of living with her grand-daughter. What a gift!'"

Meet the Illustrators

Their Story

IMG_3571.PNG

Haileigh and Daniel are both illustrators attending Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida. Both can say that their artist backgrounds began when they were little. Haileigh grew up creating characters and story books at the kitchen table using printer paper and staples, while Daniel started out making his own characters and sculpting toys out of play dough, even though they never lasted long. They both have the passion for bringing adventures to life through illustrations and are excited to share them with the world. Children’s books are a wonderful way to express the magic voice that lies in everyone’s inner child.
